LoupGarou or "TA-TAI" in Cajun French, according to Cajun Folklore is a Werewolf. It is said to have the body of a man and the head of a Wolf. It is belived by the Cajuns "Firmly" that it lives in the swamp.  This legend has been passed down word for word to each generation of Cajuns. The Loup Garou seasoning has been blended by our Familly to enhance the taste of everything. It can be used on all types of meat,  seafood, french fries and vegetables. Some even use it on popcorn.
